Wander Alone | Short Documentary on the Northern White Rhino
Wander Alone is a short documentary about extinction and loneliness, told through the story of the northern white rhino.
With only two individuals remaining, the film looks beyond statistics and conservation headlines to explore what extinction feels like—absence, isolation, and the quiet moments that follow when a species is pushed to the edge.
After completing its film festival run, Wander Alone was selected for the International Wildlife Film Festival, where it received the Best New Vision Award. The film will now be released publicly via a YouTube Premiere on January 11.
I invite you to watch the trailer below and register for the premiere. Joining the premiere helps the film reach a wider audience on launch day and supports continued awareness around wildlife conservation.
📅 Premiere Date: January 10, 7pm EST.
🎬 Platform: YouTube Premiere
