DESCRIPTION - A STANDARD package covers the workshop

fee (food, hotel, local guide and entrance fee in Sa Pa) and ground

transportation excluding airport transfers and return tickets to

Vietnam. All other expenses such as alcohol, meals (not in Sa Pa),

hotels (not in Sa Pa), plane tickets, insurance, etc. are not included

in the package. The details are listed in agenda below.

AGENDA

DAY 1 | ARRIVAL AND PREPARATION FOR OVERNIGHT TRAIN RIDE TO SAPA

- Accommodation for your arrival day will be arranged and provided by you.

- Justin will meet you at your hotel at 9:15 PM.

- The train departs from Hanoi Train Station at 10:30 PM, with an estimated arrival at Lao Cai Train Station around 6:00 - 6:30 AM the following morning.

DAY 2 | ARRIVAL IN SAPA, PHOTOGRAPHY ASSIGNMENT, DAILY REVIEW

MORNING

- 6:30 AM: Arrive at Lao Cai Train Station and transfer by car to your hotel in Sapa.

- Breakfast: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Early check-in details will be provided upon arrival.

- Take a brief rest before heading out for your first photography assignment in Sapa.

- 9:30 AM: Depart the hotel and head to the assignment location.

AFTERNOON

- Check-in at the lodge after the morning assignment

- Late lunch

- Daily review session

- Dinner at the hotel at your leisure.

MORNING

- 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM: Explore Sa Pa town and enjoy a coffee break.

- 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM: Editorial assignment session.

AFTERNOON

- Lunch at the lodge

- Edit your final assignment.

- Q&A session with Justin.

- Dinner at the hotel at your convenience.

DAY 4 | FINAL REVIEW, DRIVE TO HANOI, FAREWELL DINNER

MORNING

- 10:30 AM: Check-out from the hotel.

AFTERNOON

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FOLLOWING EXPENSES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE WORKSHOP PACKAGE. YOU WILL NEED TO MAKE THESE ARRANGEMENTS ON YOUR OWN.

1. Visa for Vietnam: Please ensure you have obtained the necessary visa for entry into Vietnam. We can assist with the visa process upon request, subject to an additional fee.

2. Return Tickets & Airport Transfers: The cost of your return flights to/from Vietnam and airport transfers are not included in the workshop. Please make your own arrangements for these.

3. Accommodation: Hotel accommodations outside of Sa Pa, room service, laundry, and any additional services are not covered in the workshop package. These expenses will need to be handled separately.

4. Meals & Alcohol: All meals & non-alcohol beverages in Sa Pa and while transit from/to HN-SaPa are included in the workshop, other meals, drinks, and alcoholic beverages are at your own expense.

5. Tips & Souvenirs: Any tips, gratuities, or souvenirs you wish to purchase are not included in the workshop fees.

6. Insurance & Medical Expenses: We strongly recommend arranging personal insurance to cover any potential medical or emergency expenses during your stay.

7. Personal Expenses: Any other personal expenses, such as shopping, travel SIM cards, or optional activities, are your responsibility.

8. Equipment: You are responsible for bringing your own gear to the workshop.
